Last updated: 27 July 2026
1. Delete Your Account In-App
If available in your account, sign in to TrafficShorts, open Account Settings, and choose Delete Account. You may be asked to confirm before deletion starts.
2. Disconnect Social Accounts
You can disconnect supported social accounts from the Social Accounts page. Disconnecting a social account removes or disables stored access tokens and stops future publishing through that connected account.
3. Request Deletion by Contact Form
You can request deletion using the Contact page by selecting “Data request” and explaining that you want your TrafficShorts account data deleted.
4. Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access your account, email ts@trafficshorts.net from the email address linked to your TrafficShorts account. Include your account email, business name if applicable, connected social accounts if applicable, and a clear request that you want your data deleted.
5. What We Delete
We will delete or anonymise account data, profile data, business data, website scan data, campaigns, content ideas, scripts, videos, scheduled posts, tracking links, connected social account tokens, and other personal data where deletion is legally and technically possible.
6. Supported Platform Data
This deletion process applies to connected social account data for supported platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms where available.
7. What May Be Retained
We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, billing, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, backup integrity, or compliance purposes.
8. Processing Time
In-app deletion usually starts immediately where available. Email or contact-form deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe after verifying account ownership.
