1. About TrafficShorts

TrafficShorts is a software platform that helps businesses turn their own website content into short-form social media content, including content ideas, scripts, AI-generated visual directions, videos, captions, hashtags, tracking links, schedules, and social posts.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure. You must provide accurate information and use TrafficShorts only for lawful business, marketing, and content creation purposes.

3. Website Scanning

By submitting a website URL, you confirm that you own that website or have permission to use its public content for marketing, content generation, video creation, tracking links, scheduling, and social media publishing.

4. Generated Content

TrafficShorts may use automated systems and artificial intelligence to generate ideas, scripts, captions, hashtags, titles, descriptions, voiceovers, visual directions, and video drafts. You are responsible for reviewing and approving generated content before it is published or scheduled.

5. Social Media Publishing

If you connect social accounts, you authorise TrafficShorts to use the permissions you approve to help prepare, schedule, upload, or publish content on your selected connected accounts. You remain responsible for complying with each connected platform's terms, community guidelines, advertising policies, copyright rules, and API policies.

6. Autopilot and Scheduling

Autopilot features may help generate, approve, schedule, or publish content based on your settings. You are responsible for choosing the correct business, connected accounts, posting frequency, captions, and publishing settings, and for disabling Autopilot when you do not want automated scheduling or publishing.

7. Platform Restrictions

Social platforms may limit or reject publishing, require reconnecting an account, expire access tokens, restrict content, change APIs, or require app review before full features are available. TrafficShorts is not responsible for platform outages, API restrictions, rejected posts, account limits, review delays, or platform policy changes.

8. Prohibited and Restricted Content

You must not use TrafficShorts to generate, promote, publish, or distribute prohibited, illegal, harmful, misleading, infringing, or restricted content. See our Acceptable Use Policy and Restricted Content page for more details.

9. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans may be billed through our payment provider. Plan limits, usage allowances, features, renewals, cancellations, and access may vary. You are responsible for reviewing pricing and plan details before subscribing.

10. No Guarantee of Results

TrafficShorts helps automate parts of a marketing workflow, but we do not guarantee views, clicks, engagement, followers, sales, leads, revenue, rankings, virality, or social media growth.

11. Account Deletion and Disconnection

Users can disconnect supported social accounts from the Social Accounts page. Users can delete their TrafficShorts account from Account Settings, where available, or request deletion using the Data Deletion page or Contact page.
