TrafficShorts Policy
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information TrafficShorts collects, how we use it, and how users can request access, correction, disconnection, or deletion.
Last updated: 27 July 2026
1. Information We Collect
- Account information such as name, email address, login details, and account status.
- Business information such as business name, website URL, brand details, website scans, generated ideas, scripts, captions, videos, schedules, and tracking links.
- Connected social account information such as account identifiers, page names, channel names, usernames, permission scopes, token expiry times, and connection status.
- Usage, diagnostic, billing plan, device, and log information needed to operate and secure the service.
2. Website and Business Data
When you submit a website, TrafficShorts may scan publicly available website content, product or service descriptions, metadata, colours, logos, links, FAQs, page text, and other public information needed to understand your business and generate marketing materials.
3. Connected Social Account Data
TrafficShorts allows users to connect supported social media accounts, including Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms where available. We use connected account data only to provide account connection, scheduling, upload, publishing, status display, token refresh where permitted, and duplicate-publishing prevention.
4. Platform Publishing Data
When you publish or schedule content, TrafficShorts may send videos, captions, hashtags, titles, descriptions, tracking links, thumbnails, publishing times, and related metadata to the selected connected platform account according to your instructions and permissions.
5. How We Use Information
- To provide account access and authentication.
- To scan websites and generate content ideas, scripts, videos, captions, and posting metadata.
- To schedule, publish, track, and manage posts on connected social accounts.
- To manage subscriptions, usage limits, support requests, and service communications.
- To prevent abuse, diagnose issues, secure the service, and comply with legal or platform requirements.
6. AI and Automation
TrafficShorts may use automated tools and artificial intelligence providers to generate content ideas, scripts, captions, hashtags, metadata, visual directions, voiceovers, and video drafts. Users should review generated content before publishing or scheduling it. TrafficShorts does not use connected social account tokens, private social account data, or payment information to train AI models.
7. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. TrafficShorts does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.
8. Data Sharing
We may share data with service providers that help us operate TrafficShorts, including hosting, authentication, database storage, payments, email, analytics, AI generation, voice generation, video rendering, storage, and social media publishing providers. We do not sell connected social account data.
9. Data Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and support account recovery or billing where applicable. Users may delete their account or request deletion as described in our Data Deletion page.
10. Disconnecting Social Accounts
Users can disconnect supported social accounts from the Social Accounts page. Disconnecting a social account removes or disables stored access tokens and stops future publishing through that account.
11. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal data. You can contact us through the Contact page or email ts@trafficshorts.net.
